Registration for AMCP 2025 opens on December 10 for members and December 12 for non-members.

Key dates:

  • Early bird: Dec. 10–Jan. 7
  • Advanced: Jan. 8–Feb 5
  • Late Advanced/Onsite: Feb 7-April 3

Stay and Save!  Registered attendees that book a hotel room in the AMCP hotel block will receive $100 off of current applicable registration fees (not applicable for student members).

Cancellation Policies:
  • Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing and be received on or before Wednesday, Feb. 5 to receive a refund less applicable administrative fees listed below.  
  • An administrative fee will be assessed on active, associate, and non-member registration cancellations through Wednesday, Feb 5 in the amount of $250.  After Wednesday, Feb. 5, no refunds will be given.   
  • An administrative fee will be assessed on student and resident/fellow/graduate students (RFG) registration cancellations through Wednesday, Feb. 5 in the amount of $75.  After Wednesday, Feb. 5, no refunds will be given.   
  • Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. An administrative fee of $250 (other fees may apply for different registrant types) will be assessed. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed. A registration transfer to other AMCP meetings is not allowed.  
  • If you cancel your registration before Monday, March 10, your hotel reservations will automatically be canceled. If you cancel your registration after this date you will need to contact the hotel directly starting Monday, March 17, to cancel your housing reservations.  
  • A valid photo ID is needed during registration check-in to obtain your badge and meeting materials.  
  • Membership fees or AMCP Foundation donations are non-refundable.   
Other Policies:  
  • To be eligible for the AMCP “member” registration rate, you must be an individual member in good standing at the time of registration and the meeting.
  • AMCP collects information from its registrants (including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) that is available to exhibitors through the lead retrieval system. Further, AMCP may occasionally provide, sell, or rent limited data to third parties involved with the meeting, including companies that offer products and services for sale to AMCP’s members and customers. This limited data includes names, job titles, companies/organizations, business addresses, and email. Attendees may “opt out” of receiving communication from these third parties in the AMCP 2025 registration system.   
  • Participation in AMCP 2025 is entirely voluntary and requires attendees to abide by any applicable rules of conduct or local or state laws that may be announced at any time during AMCP 2025. 
  • Attendees and exhibitor code of conduct prohibits solicitation of any kind outside of AMCP-approved exhibiting and/or sponsorship programs.  

By registering for AMCP 2025, I agree that pictures taken by AMCP’s official meeting photographer or at the Headshot Lounge during AMCP 2025 in Houston may be used in future promotional pieces including (but not limited to): the AMCP website, future meeting websites, promotional videos, printed promotional pieces or onsite structures and signage at future meetings.

Maritz Global Events is the Official Registration and Housing Provider for AMCP 2025. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AMCP at meetings@amcp.org.
