What to Expect:
A 45-minute creative reset led by Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Certified “Healthy Deviant” Life Coach Kim Westrich, this guided experience blends mindfulness, creativity, and purpose. Using Silent Disco noise-blocking headphones, you’ll enter a focused, restorative environment—right in the middle of the conference energy. At your table, you’ll receive a custom-designed LEGO® kit to build your own miniature Zen Pool.
This is more than a build. It’s a micro-meditation designed to help you integrate insight, spark creativity, and recharge for the rest of your meeting.
