The meeting sponsorships below are exclusive opportunities with a right-of-first-renewal option for the same meeting the following year. In addition to benefits outlined in specific opportunities, standard sponsor recognition includes a corporate logo in the mobile app, event website, onsite signage and general session. Corporate members enjoy a 10% discount.

AMCP 2025 Registration System - $28,000
Your logo will be included in the registration process online, in confirmation emails, and on “Scan-and-Go” stations for check-in onsite. A badge is required for all attendees, so every attendee will see your logo first as they start their meeting experience.
Optional add-on: Remote check-in kiosks ($15,000 each) for CLEAR members will be available in the lobbies of hotels with the highest AMCP occupancy. More than 800 attendees checked in at CLEAR remote check-in kiosks during AMCP 2024.

Dog Bark Lounge - $25,000
Be a "pawsome" sponsor and provide the opportunity for attendees to play with dogs in our Puppy Park on the exhibit floor! You will "fur-ever" be remembered as a favorite sponsor with signage and branded doggie bandanas.

Headshot Studio - $30,000
An average of 800 headshots are taken by our team of professional portrait photographers at AMCP's annual meeting. Finished photos are sent to guests by sponsor-branded email. Greet attendees as they queue for their turn.

Event Website - $28,000 SOLD
The AMCP 2024 website homepage generated 110,000+ page views, attracting nearly 40,000 users. Sponsorship includes your banner ad on the home page, and a right rail ad on the following high-traffic pages: agenda, about, registration, general session, and hotel information.

Attendee Lanyards - $35,000 SOLD
Badge lanyards are worn throughout the meeting by all attendees and offer great visibility.

Opening General Session - $30,000 SOLD
Support the opening general session at AMCP 2025 and share your message with attendees. This opportunity includes an option for a sponsor-produced video shown during walk-in slides as attendees take their seats. .

Event Mobile App - $30,000 SOLD
Your corporate or brand ad will show on the post-login splash page, main app dashboard, right-rail ad tile (desktop version) and in the footer of all system-generated emails. AMCP discontinued printed programs in 2024, so more than 82% of attendees download and use this essential resource for event schedules, appointments, and session materials.
Wi-Fi Sponsorship - $40,000 SOLD
Company or product/brand ad placement on splash page after successful log-in to the event network, available to all attendees across the meeting and in the exhibit hall. Sponsor may also select the network password (within the provided character limits).
Hotel Key Cards - $35,000 SOLD
Promote your new product or service or invite attendees to visit your booth. Get noticed with your corporate or brand logo and message on hotel room key cards.
