Security at AMCP 2025

Your safety at AMCP 2025 is our top priority.

  • Be mindful of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to AMCP staff at the main registration desk in front of room 360 on the third floor of the convention center.
  • We have off duty police officers and additional security personnel roaming AMCP meeting space throughout the week.
  • Badges are mandatory to enter any AMCP 2025 education session, committee or affiliate meeting, private meeting rooms, or the Expo Hall.
  • We respectfully request that attendees follow AMCP’s code of acceptable conduct below.
  • If there is an emergency in the convention center, please dial the convention center emergency number directly on the back of your printed badge before dialing 911.
  • NEW! Attendees have the option to remove their company name from their printed badges during the badge review process or onsite at the registration desk. Note that company names will be shared digitally should your badge be scanned with a lead retrieval device by exhibitors or sponsors onsite.

For additional information or questions about meeting security, please email meetings@amcp.org
