Meeting Room Located Within AMCP Contracted Space

This meeting space is in a prime location near AMCP scheduled events and in a high attendee traffic area.

Internal company meetings may be hosted within AMCP contracted space starting at 9am CT on Tuesday, March 29 through Friday, April 1 at 12pm CT. Meal functions, receptions, and advisory boards may only be hosted outside of official AMCP scheduled events listed below.

For a room within AMCP contracted space at the convention center or Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, below are the following designated dates during which a company may reserve a room. Note that times available vary by type of function. Please check all days that you are requesting a meeting room. The price listed is per event, per day.

Meeting space location preference:
  1. McCormick Place, Lakeside Center (primary AMCP meeting space)
  2. Hyatt Regency McCormick Place (headquarters hotel)
  • Tuesday, March 29 * — Space available starting at 9am CT.  Receptions/meal functions may be hosted at any time. $1500.00
  • Wednesday, March 30*  — Receptions/Meal functions may start after 7pm CT. $2,500.00
  • Thursday, March 31  — Receptions/Meal functions may start after 5:45pm CT. $2,500.00
  • Friday, April 1* — Space available through noon CT.  Receptions/Meal functions may be hosted before 8:15am CT. $1,000.00

Note that all expenses including audiovisual, food, and beverage are the responsibility of the purchasing company. Companies purchasing meeting space agree to use AMCP’s official audiovisual provider Freeman AV as well as the convention center or Hyatt Regency McCormick Place catering team. These contacts will be provided upon acceptance of the meeting space application form.
